    In 1971, Jalal and Jamal Saber, the second generation of the family, joined their father to move more swiftly toward their goals.
  • 1972-1978Business Expansion

    From 1971 to 1978, hundreds of residential, commercial, and hotel projects were completed, some of which are nationally recognized. Notable projects include the renovation of Marble Palace, where we participated in restoring its wooden parts, especially the intricate wooden window designs. Additionally, we constructed wooden pavilions, arbors and a restaurant in Jamshidieh Park, Tehran
  • 1978-1983Revolution and war

    After the revolution, operations were halted for a period, and due to force majeure conditions, clients either stopped their projects or left the country. The country’s conditions worsened as Iran entered a war with Iraq, and the economic situation deteriorated significantly. Consequently, the excellent conditions for work and the progress of the company changed abruptly. My grandfather retired, and my father and uncle started working independently in small workshops, my father in Karaj and my uncle Jamal in Tehran.
  • 1984Upgrading Machinery

    In 1984, the machinery and equipment were reinstalled, and old machines were replaced with newer models.
  • 1997Fundamental Changes and Modernization

    In 1997, with the entrance of the third generation from Mr. Ali Saber’s family, fundamental changes were made to the organization, transitioning from traditional methods to modern approaches.
  • 2001Enlarging the workshop scope

    In 2001, we expanded the workshop scope by purchasing machinery from Germany and moving to a larger facility.
  • 2003Revolution in sales

    In 2003, with the entrance of the third generation from Mr. Amir Saber’s family, a revolution in sales began. This period saw the establishment of showrooms and the development of connections with final consumers
  • 2006Establishing new factory & Register Choobineh Sazan Saber Ltd.

    Establishing new factory & Register Choobineh Sazan Saber Ltd. In 2006, we established a new factory covering 15,000 square feet in Karaj and purchased a CNC machine. We also registered the company as Choobineh Sazan Saber
  • 2008New Product Introduction

    In 2008, we introduced unique classic wooden kitchen cabinets to the Schniz product line
  • 2010Brand registration

    In 2010, we registered the Schniz brand with the Madrid Confederation and the Industrial Ownership Registration Department of Iran
  • 2011Opening of Private Showroom in Mehrshahr

    In 2011, we opened a private showroom with an area of 2,600 square feet in Mehrshahr, Karaj.
  • 2012European CE certificate

    In 2012, we revolutionized our production standards and ultimately received the necessary documentation for exporting to Europe, including the CE certificate
  • 2012Purchase of Land for Factory Establishment

    In 2012, we purchased land for the establishment of the Schniz factory.
  • 2013Opening of Showroom in Tehran

    In 2013, we opened a new showroom with an area of 2,000 square feet on Molla Sadra Street in Tehran.
  • 2014Changes in Branding style

    In 2014, with the entrance of the third generation from Mr. Saeed Saber’s family, we conducted changes in branding and advertising and entered the A and A+ customer market level
  • 2014Establishing the new factory

    In 2014, we established a new factory on a 108,000 square foot land located in Karaj, Mahdasht
  • 2015Revolution in Production with Robot Integration

    In 2015, we purchased a complete production line and five access CNC robots, revolutionizing our production process.
  • 2016ERP Software Upgrade

    In 2016, we introduced ERP software to Schniz, establishing a foundation for enhancing the quality and efficiency of our production.
  • 2016Registering Our Brand in Switzerland

    In 2016, we registered the Schniz brand under the Swiss TRIPS convention.
  • 2017Expansion of Production Space and Capacity

    In 2017, we expanded our production space and increased our production capacity by 40%. The new production area added 10,800 square feet.
  • 2018Trump's Exit from the Iran Nuclear Deal

    The Trump administration withdrew the United States from the Iran nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), on May 8, 2018. This action caused significant harm to our economy, and our company was not exempt from its impact.
  • 2020Departure of Saeed Saber from the Team

    In 2020, Saeed Saber departed from our team.
  • 2021Developing our products globally

    In 2021, we conducted market research and created a business plan for establishing a new factory in North America.
  • 2022Addition of Advanced Painting Lines in Schniz Factory

    In 2022, three advanced painting lines were added to the production facility, covering an area of 5,400 square feet.
  • 2022Establish Torati Cabinet Inc

    In May 2022, we began setting up a new production line in Vancouver, Canada and started installing machinery and testing products
  • 2023Commencement of Order Intake

    In January 2023, we began accepting orders.
  • 2023Participation in Buildex Vancouver

    In February 2023, less than 30 days after the installation of our machinery, we participated in Buildex Vancouver. At the exhibition, we showcased a cabinet set to builders, architects, and consumers, marking the beginning of our brand introduction.
  • 2023Participation in IDS Vancouver

    In September 2023, we participated in the Interior Design Show (IDS) Vancouver, showcasing our products in a 400 square foot space for the exhibition attendees.
  • 2024Expand Business

    In early 2024, we began studying, researching, and writing a new business plan to expand our business. The outcome led to the decision to lease a relatively large showroom where we would sell Torati products as well as imported European goods, including furniture and Italian cabinets.
  • 2024Registering Torati in Trademark Systems

    In April 2024, we registered the Torati brand in the U.S. and Canada Trademark (TM) systems
  • 2024Establishing SFCO Holding Inc.

    In March 2024, we established SFCO Holding Inc. in British Colombia
